Kerry is a Registered Psychologist with 14 years of clinical experience and nearly two decades of supporting individuals through workplace injuries, adjustment, and recovery. She works primarily with adults and has a special interest in anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, ADHD, Autism, workplace injuries, and supporting older adults. Kerry provides trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based care. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual and draws on a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
